The Rare Malai Madu Cows
Malai Madu cows are one of the rarest desi cow breeds in India, native to the lush, rolling hills of the southern Western Ghats along Tamil Nadu and Kerala. For generations, these cows have grazed freely on hills abundant with rare herbs and medicinal plants, enriching their milk with natural goodness.

Our Process
Full Bilona Method, Handmade With Care -
Chandra A2 Ghee is crafted following the traditional Vedic Bilona process, honoring centuries old wisdom. Each batch is made in small, monthly lots to preserve quality, purity, and flavor.
Earthen pot preparation
Fresh, organic milk sourced from local farmers is boiled and curdled in earthen pots, connecting us to the earth with every step.
Hand churning
Using wooden churners, the curd is gently churned to collect the purest butter. This labor of love ensures no chemicals or shortcuts, just nature's bounty.
Concentration
32 liters of milk yield only 1 liter of ghee, concentrating nutrients and medicinal properties.
Capsule transformation
Our pure, nutrient rich ghee is carefully transformed into vegetarian soft gel capsules for easy daily nourishment, while preserving all the natural goodness and medicinal properties of our traditional ghee.
