Even though Chandra is taken as a capsule, the sensory quality still matters. The ghee has to be prepared with care before it ever reaches the capsule shell.

Some people love taking ghee by the spoon. Others cannot keep that habit because the texture, aroma, or turmeric edge feels too strong in the morning.
